@Palpe33 Frank mir is good but he is not the best cain valasquez and junior dos santos are frank mir has been around for awhile so thats why his fighting skills may look more polished but cain and junior are still the best and there fighting skills are gonna keep on omproving every single fight….
@DoomsdayKillz i hate brock lesnar because he thinks he good when he can only go to the ground tht doesnt make u good and i dont think he has a good chin when he gets rocked by everyone he fights he will never have the belt again
@jake20553 YA he has horribnle composure but a solid chin. When he gets hit he doesnt get that badly rocked, or dropped, he just gets scared fo getting hit with follow ups and runs away. but if he could take some hard shots from carwin and not go to sleep his chin is solid. if he learned how to stay calm and defend or launch a counter offense while/after getting hit he would be alot more dangerous. That said, I think his chin is great his standup skill sucks

I heard Frank Mir mention that he was Vegetarian. I know that Jake Shields (did a peta2 video), Mike Tyson, Fitch, Mac Danzig, Nick Diaz, Simpson and Saunders…natural body builders, olympians etc are and it seems to work well, I do know some dieticians. If so thats interesting, I saw some crazy factory farm videos.
@jake20553 I never said anything god about brock based on opinion. ONly that his chin is solid. His reaction to getting hit sucks big time, but he is never put out cold even with some huge clean shots. If he learned how to keep his composure he would be a beast but for now striking is still a weakness. That said ive never seen lesnar get put to sleep. And im not his biggest fan. Im a carwin and mir fan so imagine that. Im just saying fact. wouldnt make up things to make him look better hahaha
